You may have seen the TV show Northern Exposure, set in Cicely, Alaska. If you have you surely remember the log home mansion of retired astronaut Maurice Minnifield (played by actor Barry Corbin). The show was actually shot just out side of Seattle, Washington and that home was built by Skip Ellsworth, a third generation log home builder, and those scenes were filmed at his ranch, where we learned to build log homes.

It is important to note that we are not contractors and do not hire-out to build homes, and we do not build from kits! Each one of our homes is meticulously built from scratch, from the ground up, one log at a time, on properties that offer some of the most incredibly scenic views in western Montana.
